Bad Guy
Tools you need:
This was made in PSP8. You can use PSP7
Download my Alpha Channel selections and Supplies HERE
Open the face and the pants pattern and minimize for now. Open my Bad Guy.PSPimage, SHIFT+D to copy and close the original.
1. Load from Alpha Channel 01-cribacksole. Flood fill with #000000 and deselect.
2. Load 02-cribackshoe. Flood fill with #404040. With Airbrush color #000000 shade around the edges. I used these settings: Round Size 35, Hardness 7, Step 24, Density 100 thickness 100, Rotation 0 and Opacity 24 Add a new layer and with color #FFFFFF Paintbrush Size 2 make some highlights on the shoe. Go to Adjust Blur/Gaussian Blur 4.
3. Load from Alpha Channel 03-cripantsback. Flood fill with the pattern provided Size 100 Angle 0 or use color/pattern of your choice. Go to Adjust Brightness and Contrast and hit Brightness -20 Color 0.
4. Load from Alpha Channel 04-crisole. Floodfill with #000000 and deselct.
5. Load from Alpha Channel 05-crishoe. Floodfill with #404040. With the Airbrush shade the edges. Same settings and color. Add a new layer and with color #FFFFFF Paintbrush Size 2 make some highlights on the shoe. Go to Adjust Blur/Gaussian Blur 4.
6. Load from Alpha Channel 06-cripants. Flood fill with pattern. With Airbrush Size 35 color #000000 shade the edges. Add a new layer and with color #000000 make some "dirt" on the pants. Gaussian Blur 6.
7. Load from Alpha Channel 07-crishirt. Flood fill with color #808080. With Airbrush shade the edges same size and color.
8. Load from Alpha Channel 08-crihand. Flood fill with #D3AE7F. With Airbrush Size 25 shade the edges. Color #A9773B.
9. Load from Alpha Channel 09-crisleeve. Flood fill with #808080. With the Airbrush shade the edges. Size 35 and color #000000.
10. Load from Alpha Channel 10-crihead. Flood fill with #D3AE7F. With the Airbrush Size 35 shade the edges, but change color to #A9773B Add a new layer, Open the Bad Guy face. Copy and paste it on the head.
11. Load from Alpha Channel 11-crihat. Flood fill with #404040. Airbrush #000000 Size 35 shade the edges.
12. Load from Alpha Channel 12-cripocketline. Flood fill with the pattern. Go to Adjust Brightness and Color Brightness -20 color 0.
13. Go back to your pants layer. Use the Darken/Lighten Tool to make some more shadings. I darkened under the hand where the pocket suppose to be and used lighten a couple of times to. I used these settings: Shape Round, Size 25, Hardness 55, Step 35, Density 100 and Opacity 35. But you can use settings you are used to. Use the same Darken/Lighten on the hat, shirt and sleeve layers if you want. I did.
