Tools you need:

Unzip to a folder of choice.

Open the cri-penguin.pspimage SHIFT+D to duplicate and close the original. Click on the layer in the layer palette and then go to Selections/Load/Save Selections/Load Selection from Alpha Channel.

1.  Load cri01-tail. Flood fill with #000000.  Use your Airbrush Shape Round, Size 25, Hardness7, Step 24, Density and Thickness 100, Rotation 0, Opacity 24. Shade the edges with color #C0C0C0        

2. Load cri02-beak. Flood fill with #FD9F31. Use the Airbrush and shade the edges but change color to #D55652.

3. Load cri03-foot. Do the same as you did with the beak.

4. Load cri-04backfoot. Do the same as you did with the beak.

5. Load cri-05body. Flood fill with color #000000. Change Airbrush color back to #C0C0C0 and Size to 55 and shade the edges.         

6. Load cri-06whitebody. Flood fill with #FFFFFF. Keep selected.  Make your Foreground color to #C0C0C0 and your Background  color to #808080. Use Airbrush with these settings: Round Size 177, Hardness 100, Step 25, Density 1, Thickness 100  Rotation 0, Opacity 100. Click a couple of times with both colors. Go to Adjust Blur/ Motion Blur Angle 209 and Strength 12.  Grab your Smudge Tool, Shape Round,  Size 15, Hardness 55, Step 1,  Density 40 Thickness 100, Rotation 0 and Opacity 60. Smudge  to blend the colors together. Deselect.        

7. Load cri-06leg. Flood fill with white. Do the same as in Step 6  but change the Motion Blur Angle to 152.        

8. Load cri-07wing. Flood fill with #C0C0C0.Airbrush as in Step 1  but change Size to 35 and color to #808080.  Shade only the upper edge.  Make your Foreground color to #808080 and Background color to  #FFFFFF.  Airbrush as in step 6.Click a couple of times with both colors. Change the Motion Blur Angle to 90. Use Smudge Tool to blend the colors.  Duplicate the layer and send to bottom. Use your Deformation tool to place it to your liking.

9.  Load cri-08legblack. Flood fill with #000000. Airbrush as in Step 1  only change the Size to 55. The color is #C0C0C0. NOTE: Shade only the right edge and the bottom.

10.  Add a new layer. Name it eye. Foreground color #C0C0C0 and  Background color #000000. With your Preset Shapes Tool make a small ellipse Anti-alias and vector checked, Width 1. Convert to Raster. Use Inner Bevel Round Preset. Now the finishing. On your layer palette go back to your wing layer and move it up under the eye layer. You may want to move the wing on your image a bit to. With your Smudge Tool Smudge a little where the wing meets the body. I used the same settings as in Step 6. Activate your leg back layer. Use your Smudge tool and Smudge the edge towards the white body and leg.  If you want to do her blurry all over use your Smudge Tool on body white and leg. I like her fluffy.

If you use the settings I used above be careful, don't drag out to much.

I also use the Darken/Lighten Tool to add some hi-lights an the feet, beak, and under the wing and on the head
