1. Go to your Bulletin Board. Click On New Topic. Then Click on Insert Image at the top of the screen. As soon as you click on it another screen will pop up. See below.

2. Click on Close on the above Image. At the top of the Screen you will notice a message. Right Click on it and Choose Temporily Allow Scripted Windows

3. Now the Image screen should appear and you can Paste or type the Url to your Image. Then click ok. Make sure to use Preview to see if your image shows!
